Terms of Use
Effective August 6, 2026. These terms govern your use of Lotable reports, dashboards, websites, and related decision-support services.
Decision support—not professional approval
Lotable organizes available public, licensed, third-party, mapped, and customer-provided information into a preliminary decision path. It is not a survey, title opinion, appraisal, engineering report, environmental assessment, legal opinion, lender commitment, permit, zoning verification letter, or guarantee that a property is buildable.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for confirming material findings with the governing agency, utility provider, title professional, surveyor, engineer, attorney, lender, or other qualified professional before buying, financing, designing, permitting, or developing property. Keep appropriate contract contingencies in place until decision-critical issues are resolved.
Data and availability
Public records and mapped systems may be incomplete, delayed, generalized, inaccurate, or unavailable. A mapped feature does not establish legal rights, service eligibility, capacity, approval, or field conditions. Lotable may update, correct, replace, or discontinue sources and product features.
Accounts and private links
You must protect account access and private report links. Anyone who receives a private link may be able to view the associated property information. Do not share a private link with anyone you do not trust.
Acceptable use and ownership
You may use purchased outputs for your own transaction and share them with your agent, lender, attorney, consultant, or project team. You may not scrape, resell, reverse engineer, systematically reproduce, or use Lotable content, rules, workflows, or branding to build a competing product. Lotable OS™, Decision Engine™, Decision Roadmap™, Deal Readiness™, Decision Gates™, and Bottom Line™ are Lotable product identifiers.
Limitation
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Lotable is provided “as is” and is not liable for a purchase decision, lost opportunity, construction condition, agency decision, source error, delay, or indirect or consequential loss. Lotable’s aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to that claim.
